Happy New Years to everyone! The holidays were overly relaxing for me and my family. That is a change for our lifestyle for sure. School starts tomorrow, however the egg nog and gingerbread are slowing me down. I think I have worn the same thing, my pj’s, for the last 2 days. Time to pick myself up, comb my hair, and put on my big girl pants… time to get back to work.
It is important to me that I start each year by thanking my clients from the past year. Their trust in me means everything. And without that trust, my business would not succeed.
Welcome to the Island Miss Edie. Your positive energy and smiles are a wonderful addition to our community. Happy spring gardening to you this 2020!
Sorry to see you go Miss Doreen. This happened so quickly we barely had time for tea! I will see you at a hockey rink somewhere on the island this winter. And thank you for sending your neighbour to see me.
Joyce and Bob, you have lost a neighbour, but gained two new ones. Thank you for trusting me with the sale of your condo. Happy travels as you continue to explore the world!
Congratulations to Mel, Chris & family on your 1st family home. After the squirrel, RIP, and his home were removed, you were able to heat your home again. This is home where you will grow and create memories for years to come. I was so pleased to be part of this journey with your family!
[no squirrels were harmed in the moving in process… he was long gone by the time we found him]
Thank you, Lisa (my friend) and siblings, for putting trust in me to sell your mom’s home. Gratefully, this was a ‘quick’ process. Enjoy your time with the grandkids… at the undisclosed location J
Well ET we found the perfect house for you… because you designed it! I can’t wait to see the finished product. We will all watch it go up from dirt to magnificence. Congratulations!
Who says you can’t have it all… a good price, fun neighborhood, an original 60’s home you can mould, I mean mold, into anything you want. Looking forward to seeing where this home ends up Will and Di.
Eugene and Julia, you were both a breath of fresh air from the moment we met. I have never seen two people who can find the beauty, even in the ugliest of beasts. Welcome to the island!
Asuka, Richard & family. We were in the trenches together! And the patience of your kids was amazing. How many houses did we look at? I’m thinking 25, give or take. I hope you have many years at this home and find some time to jump off the end of the dock. Welcome to the island!
Pat and Peter your neighbours are not happy with you for leaving but your sons are sure happy to have you back in their neck of the woods… I mean those cookies!! Delicious. Looking forward to a visit soon.
Amy and Colin, you found a diamond in the rough. I can’t wait to see the changes. You’ve made. Hopefully there have been a few parties in the ‘bar.’ Welcome back to the island!
Carey and Scott… hmmm. This was an interesting time wasn’t it. Well for me it was! The places we went, and the outhouses we saw. Congratulations! Your foresight is going to make the beach cabin into a home for years to come. Amazing!
Bob and Ev. I continue to look forward to our visits and see how far out of the house Bob has to store his fishing gear. We are lucky to have you as neighbours.
To the rest of you… we are on-going but thank you for your business!
Thank you to my friends who pick up my kids after school or consider me on their Costco run. Thanks, mom, for all the home cooked meals!
Those of you who refer people to me. Wow!! Thank you.
Thank you all for your business, your referrals, and most importantly, your friendship.
Cheers to a magnificent 2020!
